We want you to love your Mod + Jo pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging is included to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Securely place your items in their original Mod + Jo pouches and boxes, then pack them into a sturdy shipping mailer.

  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number handy for updates.
